Beyond the Spreadsheet

Workforce transformation got stuck in spreadsheets and static org charts, but the work moved on. Roles shifted. Skills evolved. Spreadsheets can’t keep up.

Ready to ditch the spreadsheet? Join us for a virtual event where we turn workforce headaches into frameworks you can use—right away.

Build the frameworks. Watch Fuel50 bring them to life.

Built for the moves HR, Talent, and Workforce Transformation leaders need to make now, these four virtual sessions will show how to turn messy workforce questions into visible, solvable frameworks.

Each session starts with a practical workshop, followed by a short Fuel50 demo that brings the framework to life.

Skills Intelligence at Full Resolution

Sept. 22 | 11 AM ET

Skills dashboards look great in a boardroom slide, but without a connection between capability and the decisions that matter, it's just a spreadsheet with better lighting. This session shows you how to spot the capability risks carrying the most business weight, prioritize where to act first, and turn skills intelligence into decisions that hold up in a real conversation with your exec team.

Task Intelligence: Designing Work Around What People Do Best

Sept. 22 | 12 PM ET

AI didn't take anyone's job. It took the tasks out of it — quietly, one at a time — and left the job description holding an empty bag. Most job architectures haven't caught up, and that gap is where the real opportunity sits. This session maps what AI should own, what needs human judgment, and where your people create the most value, so you walk away with a clear view of where human capability becomes your competitive edge.

Succession At All Altitudes

Sept. 23 | 12 PM ET

Your succession plan probably covers ten people. Your actual risk is spread across a thousand. Critical work depends on a small number of people, with no clear plan for what happens if they leave. This session widens the pipeline, surfaces hidden talent at every level, and builds a succession model that stays current — not just credible on paper once a year.

Workforce Agility, Built to Move

Sept. 23 | 1 PM ET

Every role you can't fill from inside is a role you're paying six months and a recruiter to fill from outside. This session covers how to connect movement to business outcomes, build the conditions that make mobility work in practice, and create pathways where talent flows toward the work that matters.
