Fuel50 has been named a 2026 WorkTech Award winner by Inspiring Workplaces, marking its second consecutive year of recognition among leading workplace technology companies.

Announced on October 8, 2026, the awards recognized 14 companies whose technology helps organizations solve workplace challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for employees and businesses. Winners were evaluated on their purpose, investment and innovation, measurable customer results, and commitment to a positive employee experience.

This year's winners span career development, employee experience, recognition, workforce management, and AI-powered solutions.

“What impressed us about this year’s winners was their focus on solving real problems for real people,” said Matt Manners, Founder and CEO of the Inspiring Workplaces Group.

For Fuel50, the recognition reflects continued investment in helping organizations understand their workforce's skills, open up growth opportunities for employees, and respond to changing business needs.

Helping organizations prepare for the future of work

As AI changes how work gets done, organizations need a clear view of the capabilities their employees already have, the skills they need to develop, and where existing talent can contribute to emerging priorities.

Fuel50's Workforce Transformation Platform brings those pieces together through Skills Intelligence and its Talent Marketplace, connecting workforce planning with career development, internal mobility, and succession planning. Over the past year, Fuel50 has expanded the platform with several new capabilities:

  • Task Intelligence examines the tasks within roles to show where AI can assist employees, where work may be automated, and where human judgment remains essential.

  •

The Career Advisor Agent gives employees personalized career guidance based on their skills, aspirations, and the opportunities inside their organization.
  • The Leader Coach Agent, just launched helps managers prepare more meaningful development conversations by bringing together skills, feedback, and career information.

Fuel50 has helped organizations improve internal mobility and skills development. For example, at Lennox International, 4,800 internal moves added an average of five months of tenure each, roughly 2,000 years of retained institutional knowledge. At KeyBank, employees assessed 9,858 skills and set 2,774 upskilling or reskilling actions.
