Fuel50’s Susan Lowe named one of HRD’s Hot List Winners for 2023

The Human Resource Director (HRD) Hot List is a celebration of the best and brightest leaders in New Zealand’s HR sector. We are proud to announce that our very own Susan Lowe, Chief People Officer at Fuel50, has been named one of HRD’s Hot List Winners for 2023.

HRD recognizes that today’s HR leaders are facing a multitude of new challenges in the post-pandemic landscape. The Hot List includes an impressive group of professionals who have used their skills, experience, and resources to maintain a harmonious working environment, and lead by example during very tough times.

Winners were selected after the HRD New Zealand team conducted a survey of the HR sector to find the most influential leaders who had contributed significantly to their profession over the previous 12 months. The team aimed to identify individuals who had led new initiatives in the HR space and advanced the standing of HR within their respective organizations, and also considered previous awards won by the candidates.

Susan Lowe has shown incredible leadership, empathy, and kindness as Chief People Officer at Fuel50. She has made immense impacts on Fuel50’s employee experience and continues to drive engagement, workplace happiness, and retention throughout the organization.
