Anne explains how the study began by looking at the strategic priorities of organizations as they head into 2022 and identifying those high-performing organizations with the best revenues, most sales growth, lowest attrition scores, and lowest recruitment costs.

Anne unveils that what they discovered, is a variance in the strategic priorities between most organizations and those classified as high-performing. While most organizations were focused on leadership development, DE&I, and the employee experience, high-performers were thinking 5 years ahead of that. They were taking a more futuristic focused approach, with their priorities being future of work, reskilling, upskilling, and boundaryless talent pools between internal and external recruitment.
